What may be contributing to YOUR endometriosis symptom pattern?
If you've spent years trying different diets, supplements, medications and protocols without really knowing what applies to your body, this evaluation will help you start organising the clues.

This may be for you if…

Why I created this
My name is Roxeanne Hardenburg. I began experiencing aggressive menstrual, ovarian and digestive symptoms from around age 16. In 2003, at 23, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 bowel endometriosis after surgery for a very large ovarian endometrioma that had enveloped one ovary. Approximately 90% of it was removed.
What followed were years of severe pain, heavy and prolonged bleeding, recurring ovarian cysts, digestive problems, anxiety, hospital admissions, multiple surgeries, hormonal suppression and pain medication, while I still built businesses and a corporate IT career.
By my late 20s I was already investigating nutrition, nutrients, supplementation, Chinese medicine, herbs, homoeopathy and dietary triggers. My gut symptoms worsened again, and during lockdown in 2020 I hit a major health crisis and was largely bedridden for months. I started intensely researching and tracking low-carbohydrate nutrition, healthy fats, fasting, food reactions, gut health, inflammation and digestive function.
I'd initially set out to solve severe IBS and gut problems. As my gut symptoms improved, I unexpectedly watched my endometriosis symptom pattern change too. I healed by default. I was trying to understand one system, and other systems began to respond.
My professional strength is pattern recognition. I spent decades in technology, data, systems and problem-solving, and eventually applied that same reverse-engineering mindset to my own health: measure, identify a signal, research, correlate with symptoms, change inputs, track response, refine, retest. My last endometriosis operation was November 2021. I've remained out of hospital for endometriosis since, with long-term symptom remission. Not a promise of cure, but a very different life.
"I could either keep spending years guessing, or I could learn how to read the patterns."

Documented along the way
Parts of my recovery journey were being documented, measured and shared publicly while I was still living through it, learning from it and refining what worked for me.

Age difference
At chronological age 42, my GlycanAge result was 20 - 22 years younger than my chronological age. GlycanAge describes its test as measuring "inflammaging", chronic inflammation associated with immune ageing. This is not a diagnostic test, and it was a single measurement, not a before-and-after. In June 2024, Oura reported my cardiovascular age as 9 years below my actual age, with cardiovascular capacity noted as high.
